RMS addresses the problems many institutions face with the calculation, aggregation and detailed reporting of distributor remuneration payments. RMS has been designed to meet the needs of financial services product providers such as fund managers, insurance companies and loan institutions to pay commissions and other forms of product-based remuneration payments to their distribution channel partners.
Product providers using RMS can maintain and develop a competitive position with their Licensees at a fraction of the cost that would otherwise be required to internally build and maintain an equivalent system.
RMS is the product of a joint venture developed between InvestmentLink and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), the leading provider of Commission Management and Payments Systems to the Australian Financial Services Industry. Its systems are used by over 85 dealer groups, to pay over 4,500 advisers. Major clients include ING, Count Financial, AON, St George, Asteron, IOOF, WHK and Australian Wealth Management.
