RMS takes remuneration data from the product provider's one or more registries, calculates commissions where necessary and consolidates that information into an integrated view for each recipient.
It can automatically calculate upfront/initial payments and generate trail commission payments, volume bonuses, allowances and deductions, as required. All the necessary remittance advices and invoices are produced and made available on the Web for secure access by the recipient.
The RMS reporting engine fully integrates into the product provider's web site and can be white labelled, so that users experience a seamless branded experience.
Extensive reporting capabilities give users the capability to interrogate commission data on-line and produce their own tailored management reports. Distributors can either view reports on-line or download data into their own commission reconciliation software (either in-house or 3rd party).
Similar reporting functionality is made available to the product provider's staff and management (for example sales managers, BDM's and marketing personnel).
RMS integrates seamlessly with the large number of distributors who utilise the Dealer Management System (DMS) to process commissions and payments to Advisers and/or Brokers.
RMS can be configured so that its data can flow directly into DMS thereby integrating the two services, to save time, cost and improve services for each stakeholder, product provider, distributor, and adviser/broker.
