How Does it Work?

The FundClick Online Application Wizard mimics the familiar paper transaction process in many ways while overcoming its limitations. It also solves one of the biggest barriers to adviser usage of online applications - the effort in re-keying information.

The FundClick solution connects to any CRM or financial planning software system enabling pre-population of forms. Importantly, when no pre-fill information is available, applications can still be created faster than filling in paper forms. FundClick contains a comprehensive product business rule configuration engine that allows every form field and business rule to be accurately captured and validated at the point of entry.

The Wizard guides advisers through the process, ensuring that nothing is overlooked or incorrectly entered - theoretically eliminating costly exceptions and guaranteeing every application is a "clean skin".

At any stage, whether complete or not, the adviser can save an application for revision later. Applications can be emailed or printed and presented to clients at any time. Applications are only available to be submitted for processing after all business rules have been validated. Advisers receive an email confirmation when applications are successfully sent and when the status of applications is updated.

All transactions submitted to you arrive in real-time in both XML and PDF format. Forms can be signed using biometric handwritten signatures (the same technology that is now available in supermarkets) for paperless transmission straight into your back-end registry or workflow. The status of each application is updated and immediately reflected on the advisers status screen.
